Lot Rental Rates
- Daily $32.00 + tax
- Weekly $166.00 (just $23.71 per day!) + tax
- Monthly $465.00 (just $15.50 per day!) (no tax)
Daily and weekly rates are subject to sales tax. There is no sales tax on monthly rentals.
All rates exclude electricity usage, which is metered and billed separately.
- All guests must be Escapees members.
- All lots have full hookups with 50A/30A electric service, water, sewer and cable TV and can accommodate large RVs.
- Sorry, no reservations accepted.
- Arrivals outside of office hours must park in dry camp area.
- No refunds for early departure.

Dry Camping
Just passing through? One of our dry-camping spots may be perfect for you. For only $10.00 per night plus tax, this is an economical solution to finding a safe camping location… and you still have access to all our amenities. Dry camping area has a 3 night limit. Water and a dump station are available.
Dump Station for non-guests: $10 (must be Escapees Members)
