SKP Saguaro Co-Op RV Park has long-term visitor lots available for those interested in staying for six months or more.

All long-term lease lots have full hookups, 50- and 30-amp electrical service, and cable TV. Electricity usage is metered and billed monthly. Each lot also gets a USPS mailbox in the Co-op. Land line telephone service is available if you wish to subscribe to it.

You can come and go from the lot any time during your lease. If desired, you can leave your rig and/or gear on the lot while you are gone.

You may request which lot you desire (depending upon availability), and the start date and end date of your lease period.

300 Row Lots

  • May be leased for either 6 or 12 month periods.
  • Lots are available in two sizes: large are 36 x 65 feet (19 lots available), and small are 36 x 45 feet (four lots available).
  • Each lot includes an 8 x 12 foot storage shed.
  • Lease rates do not include electricity, which is metered and billed monthly based on usage.
  • A $300 security deposit for the shed is required, refundable at the end of the lease.
  • Six month lease rates:
    • Large lots (36×65′): $450 per month (just $15.00 per day!) – $2,700.00 total per six-month term
    • Small lots (36×45′): $432 per month (just $14.40 per day!) – $2,592.00 total per six-month term
    • Half of the total fee for the entire term of the lease is due when you sign the lease agreement, with the balance due on the first day of the lease term. Alternatively, you may pay the entire amount when you sign the lease agreement.
  • Twelve month lease rates:
    • Large lots (36×65′): $390 per month (just $13.00 per day!) – $4,680.00 total per 12-month term
    • Small lots (36×45′): $372 per month (just $12.40 per day!) – $4,464.00 total per 12-month term
    • 25% of the total fee for the entire term of the lease is due when you sign the lease agreement, with an additional 25% of the total fee due at 90, 180 and 270 days after signing.

700 Row Lots

  • May be leased only for six-month periods.
  • Lots are approximately 39 x 52 feet (21 lots available)
  • No storage shed
  • Lease rates do not include electricity, which is metered and billed monthly based on usage.
  • Rate: $374 per month (just $12.47 per day) – $2,244.00 per 6-month term.
  • Lease rates do not include electricity, which is metered and billed monthly based on usage.
