A one-price lifetime lease at SKP Saguaro Co-op RV Park gives you 365-day access to your own extra-large lot. Each lot has 30A/50A electric service, sewer, and cable TV. Many have casitas or sheds, and if not, you can have one built.

Propane is available on-site. You also get free storage for an RV or trailer. If you are a full-time RVer, SKP Saguaro makes a wonderful home base, or you may choose to make this a full-time home.

Finally, if you do not occupy your leased lot full time, you can put it in the Rental Program when you are away and share rent revenues realized from short-term visitors to the park.
