SKP Saguaro — Rental Lots
There are three options for rental lots:
1. Leaseholder lots are often available for rent when the leaseholder is not in the Co-op. See the prices listed at Rates and Regulations.
2. 700 Row, 21 gravel lots at the top of Saguaro Circle (the west side of the park)
(see map),
each approximately 39 by 52 feet.
All lots have full hook-ups, 50 and 30 amp electrical service,
cable TV, and a mail box in the park.
Telephone service is available, if you wish to subscribe to it.
These lots rent for a minimum of six months at $270 per month, plus electricity and tax.
You have the option of specifying which lot you desire,
and the start date and end date of your rental period.
You may pay the total due when you sign the rental agreement,
or one-half plus $5 when you sign the agreement and the balance at the beginning date of the rental period.
3. 300 Row, 23 gravel lots on the north side of Tamarisk Lane on the north side of the park
(see map).
Nineteen lots are 36 by 65 feet,
and four are 36 by 45 feet.
All lots have full hook-ups, 50 and 30 amp electrical service,
cable TV, an 8 by 12 foot storage shed,
and a mail box in the park.
Telephone service is available, if you wish to subscribe to it.
The rental agreement is for a twelve month period.
Rates are $325 per month for the larger lots and $310 per month for the smaller lots,
both plus electricity and tax.
Payments are in four equal amounts, the first due upon signing the rental agreement.
A $300 security deposit is required.
All guests can participate in all activities in the Co-op.
Guests who rent option 2 or 3 may come and go as they wish, leaving their rig or other gear on their lot when they leave if they wish.
Guests who rent option 1 must be available to move their rig if the leaseholder of their lot is returning.
