SKP Saguaro — Lots Available

This page gives details of lots that are available for transfer from one leasehold to another, as well as details of lots available to new members. This page will change regularly as lots become available and are claimed. Note the dates and times carefully. They are strictly enforced.

Lots available for all leaseholders

The following lots are available for all leaseholders who wish to exchange. Contact the SKP Saguaro office no later than the date listed with the lot description if you are interested in making an exchange.

Lot 156. A Lot with a casita.
$21,529.49 plus pro-rated M&O, taxes, and transfer fee. Call the SKP office by 5 PM Friday, November 21, if you are interested in transferring to this lot.

This is a 216 square foot (not full sized) building, including about 53 square feet of inside storage. The floor is bare concrete. There is electricity in the building. There is no water or sewer in the building. There is a heat pump for both heating and cooling. There is about 444 square feet of paver stone patio. The pad for the travel rig is gravel.

Lots available to the "Hot List"

On some Saturdays, lots are available to SKPs who are on the "Hot List" and want to become leaseholders. In order to request one of these lots, you must contact the SKP Saguaro Office between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Saturday to learn any last minute details, indicate your interest and place your name on the request list for that week.

You must then contact the office again between the hours of 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM on that same Saturday to indicate your willingness to take a lease. As of 3:30 PM, the Hot List member who is closest to the top of the list will be given her or his first choice of the lots available. The next person or couple will be given second choice, and so forth until all the lots for that week are spoken for.

Note carefully that the times given are very precise — calls received before or after the stated hours will not be accepted. All times are SKP Saguaro local time (Arizona Standard Time).

The following lots will be available on Saturday, November 22.

Lot 156 will be up November 22, if it is not taken by intra-park transfer.
